Fudgy brownies filled with a soft creamy peanut butter center.
There is nothing better than a thick fudgy brownie. It is guaranteed to satisfy any chocolate craving.
There is also nothing better than chocolate and peanut butter. Who doesn’t love chocolate and peanut butter?! They were made for each other <3
These fudgy brownie cups combine the best of both: a thick fudge brownie filled with creamy peanut butter. This recipe starts with a boxed brownie mix prepared as directed but feel free to use your favorite brownie recipe. Then a yummy dollop of peanut butter is added to the top of each before baking. Once they are baked, the peanut butter leaves a soft creamy middle inside the brownie cup!
You will love these peanut butter stuffed brownies! Hopefully the fact that these are individual sized will help you with portion control because trust me, you’ll need it 😉
- 1 box brownie mix and ingredients to prepare according to package directions
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake tin with cupcake liners and set aside.
- In a large bowl, prepare brownies according to the package directions. Divide the batter between 12 cupcakes. Each liner should be between ⅓ and ½ full.
- Using a small spoon, scoop 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter in the middle of each brownie.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove the brownies from the cupcake tin and cool on a wire rack. Brownies taste best fresh but can be stored in an air tight container for up to one week.

Mini brownies with Reeses in the middle was all-the-rage when I was growing up – I like this better! The idea of the creamy center… yum. These would be an awesome treat to send in with the kids on their birthday! (Unless there’s a nut allergy!
)
Reeses in the middle is a great idea! That would be easier too if you are short on time!
