These easy biscuits can be on your table in less than a half of an hour!
You know those nights where your dinner is just so….boring? I totally have those nights so I am always looking for a quick side to throw together to add something extra yummy to the meal.
These super easy biscuits are the perfect solution! They are so quick and with only four ingredients, you most likely have everything you need already in your pantry. In other words you have no excuse not to make them…
These biscuits are so soft from the sour cream and have a slightly sweet flavor from the 7up. With the crispy buttery bottom, they have the perfect balance of flavors.

Total time
Serves: 12 biscuits
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups bisquick
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup 7-up
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare muffin tin by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Pour about one teaspoon of butter into the bottom of each muffin mold or about enough so there is a thin layer of butter covering the bottom of the mold. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-up. Using a large spoon, scoop about ¼ cup batter into each cupcake mold. The batter should be divided into 12 muffins.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes. Serve warm.
- Although these muffins taste best warm out of the oven, muffins will stay fresh in an airtight container for one week.
