Monster Cookie Pizza

A peanut butter oatmeal cookie topped with chocolate chips and M&Ms for a giant monster cookie pizza.

Monster Cookie Pizza

My mom is obsessed with M&M’s.  So on Mother’s Day I was asking Kayden what her Nana’s favorite food was and she said pizza and M&M’s (totally true), which got me thinking, I don’t have any M&M recipes on my blog!  But I fixed that and have a few more M&M recipes up my sleeve that will be coming soon.  :)

Monster Cookie Pizza

This monster cookie pizza starts with a peanut butter and oatmeal cookie.  The edges of the cookie are crispy while the inside is soft and chewy (my favorite part).

Monster Cookie PizzaOnce the cookie is baked, you will top with M&M’s and chocolate chips!  But feel free to add any other toppings you might like.  Love nuts? Add them!  Peanut butter chips? Yum! Crushed Oreos? Send me a piece!

I loved eating this cookie right out of the oven all melty and warm (yup, just minutes after I took these pictures) but it can be eaten cool too if you have the willpower to let it sit for that long 😉
